1. Who can use Kindkiddos
Kindkiddos is designed for adults (age 18+) who care for children: parents, legal guardians, teachers, therapists, and other authorized caregivers.
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have legal authority or explicit permission to log behavioral observations for any child you add to the app.
2. Child accounts
Children never create accounts or sign in. The Explorer view is accessed via a private, token-gated URL generated by the child's caregiver. No login credentials are issued to minors.
3. Your data
You own the behavioral data you log. We store it on Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL infrastructure with row-level security enabled. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings.
4. Multi-caregiver access
When you invite another adult to observe a child, you are granting them read and write access to that child's behavioral logs. You are responsible for inviting only adults you trust with this information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Create accounts for children under 18
- Share Explorer links publicly or on social media
- Use the platform to harm, shame, or punish a child
- Attempt to access data belonging to other families
6. Disclaimer
Kindkiddos is a behavior logging tool, not a medical device or therapeutic intervention. It does not provide clinical advice. Always consult a qualified professional (BCBA, psychologist, pediatrician) for treatment decisions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
